My Approach

My Approach

I work in an integrative way, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your individual needs and experiences.

My core training is rooted in Humanistic counselling, which places importance on self-awareness, personal growth, and the therapeutic relationship itself. I also work psychodynamically, exploring how past experiences and relationships can influence present thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Depending on your individual needs, I will incorporate different therapeutic approaches including:

  • Mindfulness
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Transactional Analysis
  • Motivational Interviewing

I see counselling as a collaborative process that can help you better understand yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in your life.
